Husband didn’t receive the fried rice he ordered, chow mein was mostly onions, and the cheese rangoon barely had any filling. Never again.

I had Panda Express many times. This Panda Express served food that was so dry that it was inedible. I had it delivered so I couldn't tell anyone. Avoid it!

They never have the vegetables cook they always say 10 min then I wanted to order a bowl they said no vegetables I said ok well just put it in a bowl because it’s hard to eat out of the tiny box and you can charge me for a bowl. I paid $7.50 and she hands me a little tiny box I said I paid for a bowl yes but this is the same amount of food that’s in the bowl. So why would you charge me for a bowl if you give me al carte

I keep giving you chances, and I keep being disappointed. Why do you not have your menu information updated with Uber Eats? Why do you change your items and not update the internet? Why did you get rid of duck sauce and keep that nasty thick orange crap you call sweet and sour that is so gelatinous it makes me gag thinking about it. Why can't your employees make the drink for the Uber Eats delivery drivers when they don't have food handlers permits to handle foods, nor the ability to wash our hands every time they stop for a pick up. The Uber Driver is only getting paid for deliveries not to do your employees jobs.

Honestly the food is good... but the last few times my husband and I have gone to the one on 45th they messed our order up. We went tonight and not only did they get our order wrong... AGAIN.... but the guy over the intercom was rude af. He actually yelled at us at one point. We love Panda Express but won’t be going back to that specific one.

Now I just had to swing by and give a great review to my favorite restaurant in the industry. How can you not love this place. To say it’s very affordable .. it taste way more expensive. No matter how successful I become in life, this will always be my go to spot.

Panda Express you get 1 Star. Your food is mediocre Americanized Chinese food. And you are picking on Panda Libre accusing them of stealing your logo. Are you stupid or blind, Their logo looks nothing like yours. They do Asian Mexican fusion. Pandas are synonymous with the Asian culture not unique to your mediocre restaurant chain. I WILL NOT EAT AT PANDA EXPRESS EVER AGAIN if you continue to BULLY and pursue this endeavor! I SUGGEST OTHERS DO THE SAME. Shame ... Panda Express

I went to the store on Plano in Richardson I ordered 2 orders one fried rice and honey walnut shrimp over lo mein and a sack of fortune cookies. The person taking the order gave me the shrimp over the fried rice so it was cheaper. How nice but after getting home with the order there was the shrimp and no fried rice or cookies. I called about the mistake and I was told I could come back and pay for the fried rice again and cookies. Not my mistake. Any other would have made the order right without charging again. Not panda. So I took the shrimp back and told them I wanted the fried rice only. Which they gave me shrimp over fried rice. Again a mistake which I took back again. Now i watched to be sure I got the rice. Each time they had to throw the other orders away. Which would have been cheaper to give me the extra order of rice or throw 2 orders of rice away. Which they better have done or they are in violation of the health code. No customer service. They said they couldn’t give out free food. Instead they fed it to the trash. Be sure to check your order before you leave.
