This is for the Panda Express located in Lantana, Florida. First, I came in the store and was the second person in line. There was only one other person. The cashier ignored me and started ringing out other people in front of me. Once I was the only person standing there the cashier just looked at me and then walked off. I had to stop the guy and say basically WTF, of course I didn't. About 7 minutes later I arrived home. I then opened the food containers. All old dried out vegetables. Literally shrunken and wrinkled. Some of the broccoli was so discolored it was almost black. The beef was tough and dried out. The egg rolls were WAY overcooked and hard as a rock. It was literally not worth eating. Let's get started on the portions. I basically paid $35 for white rice. The two main dishes were one spoon full each. Eighty-five percent white rice for $35! The food is consistently horrific! In addition the staff sucks. This is not the first time they have been like this. Four out of five times I have dared return to this location, because it is close to my house, the same results. Two other times the food looked so bad I just turned around and walked out. Do not waste your time and money at this location! It is straight garbage!

Waited an hour for originally told 15 minutes. I called very politely and was told to wait. It showed up shortly room temperature and no rice. Who does that after 8 years of putting up with their b.s. I'm done. Looking for a new restaurant. Only used them because they are 1 block from my apartment. I'm a senior that can't get out. So disappointed.

Yesterday i order at panama city 23rd street Panda express ! Plate meals of Half lomaine half rice and two entry the one entry they add on my plate is too snall a piece of brocolli and a 3pieces of beef. I use to eat here during on my daysoff but yestrday i was very dissapointed 😏😒and the server is'nt friendly.

A Big 0 !!! terrible, i asked for Beijing beef and i was told they didn't have it..then I see it on the buffet. when I get home it was terrible. the rice wasn't done and it tasted like everything else on the buffet and like it sat there all day, with a awful aftertaste and my b.beef was the last in the pan and it also had to be there all day. probably because they're a new store at Vermont and Manchester in L.A. I couldn't even walk outside the place without a druggie behind me in line, asking for money. I gave him money so, he wouldn't follow me bcz at first, said no..and that was inside panda. employees just watched. anyway, the food was nasty tasting ..

I hadn't been to Panda in a few years and I don't remember it being this bad. The food was over seasoned/ over sauced and just not good. The chow mein was just noodles, and nothing else in it. It was the only Chinese place opened so I went here. I won't be going back.

Panda at 90-04 Metropolitan Ave should be AVOIDED. I shall begin with pleasantries; car parking is available but a little tight to maneuver. There are restrooms that are unkempt and seating is available but small. Staffs will welcome you with no smile but a grumpy face. As if they hate their jobs. Serving size is small and the on-display catering is lowly stocked. They’re daylight robbers! Overcharged my order by entering over cooked crusty spring rolls which by the way I requested, they should cook fresh but they lied and deceived. I returned the spring rolls and requested for a refund which they refuse to give and they also kept the spring rolls by the way. Restaurants refund for unfavorable meals. Panda express must be going down the drain, well I hope these ones are. Representatives cover their face because they’re deceitful and their managers are argumentative.

Horrible! Panda Express is using AI to order food. I want HUMANS! Never go there again. Too many other food places that have HUMANS. Keep jobs for HUMANS. Avoid Panda Express AI is going to destroy most jobs.

New Rules for the Store in Roseburg, OR Last week I went in and order plate of teriyaki Chicken and they charged me 5 cents for the bag. Something they have never done in the past. I didn't mind paying the extra 5 cents. I went back again and ordered the same thing, after I paid for the food, I asked if I could have 4 packets of teriyaki sauce. He said no I am only allowed to have one, I explained to him that without a lot of sauce I could not eat it. He then said he would give me 2 this time and that I could buy that same sauce at the grocery store. I would have gladly paid for the extra sauce but no they can only give one per meal. I did the contact us on my Panda App. and explained this to them, their response for the bag charge was this "in accordance with state law, this is something that is charged to all guests who get a bag.  Our stores are not able to circumvent local regulations". What a bunch of bullshit. This was their response to the Extra sauce. "In regard to the number of sauce packets you received, the standard quantity is one per meal.  We do apologize if this is not enough. The store team is typically happy to provide an extra one upon request, however, it is at the manager's discretion". I'm done with them I will never eat their again
