The product is excellent (and improving constantly), the core sales team are excellent, and there are robust Zapier integrations to let you do pretty much anything with it. The sales rep we initially interacted with was transactional, not that helpful, and didn't get us the features we needed. When we needed to upgrade days into the implementation and were feeling [understandably] frustrated one of their core sales people made it right quickly and now we have everything we need. We've set up PandaDoc for internal processes, sales, and more to tie together systems, easily collect data, and deliver great experiences across every touchpoint for our business.

Not only is the app and programme itself really good and helpful, but the customer service is exceptional! Fast response time, detailed and clear answers, friendly yet professional, and compassionate of the situation every single time. This is a quality that is rarely seen in big companies nowadays, and one I value very much.

Love the automation and the email notification of activity.

The support from the PandaDoc team is excellent, they listen to you and respond with a fix very quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough

Once in the swing and content library is complete, the proposals are swift to put together. Need a built in Column for gross and net pricing (or list vs. discount). Currently to cumbersome to put together that way.

The PandaDoc app is feature rich and easy to use. Also, the free version of the app is useful for basic e-signature needs. Their paid versions are similar to competitors and typically much less cost. Prior to October 2022, the PandaDoc platform was somewhat slow and they have taken steps to increase performance and cut page load time to less than a couple of seconds.

Panda Docs has helped us get signatures from the few clients that we have, that either live out of state, or don't have access to come to us. Our business doesn't need e-sig often, but what Panda Docs provides is absolutely perfect for us! No fluff, no hassle.
