I like everything about PandaDoc except I’m asked to log in far too often

The product is very user friendly. There could be some improvements around document handling. Specifically in Templates and Publishing. I did not appreciate that after creating a relationship with the original sales rep, that I was handed off to another group. This separates the business-to-business relationships that bind and tie the two companies. In addition, promises made cannot be kept and become one sided.

I enjoy the services I am receiving. The only feedback I have is, PandaDoc markets itself toward the small business owner. I would suggest offering more features without every one being an upgrade / costing more money. Smaller businesses work on a tighter budget, this should be a focus point when providing packages / rates.

I appreciate the ease and efficiency that the Panda Docs form affords our business.

Last Friday I had a conversation with Your success manager Sonia Serra, it was a great experience. She listened carefully to my remarks and proposed a clear and workable path forward. I am very confident we will be able to increase our usage and better use of the systems updated capabilities. Job well done.

Soft ware woorks great . only thing is I would like auto correct function.

Good tool. Some subtle change could make things more navigable.

Intuitive tool, reasonable pricing. It meets our needs. To provide 5* rating I would need more functions to be available through API and improved handling of objects within the layout.
