PandaDocReviews of pandadoc.com

There is no auto calculate that I have found. Like a basic spreadsheet does. If I input (15) Series 4000 windows @ $403 each. The total calculating automatically, along with subtotal, tax rate and ect. This would make me rate it at its highest rating.

PandaDoc is a decent product when it works. When it does not work, don't expect to get a timely response, and don't expect their team to proactively coordinate to solve your issue. They will push you to submit a bug ticket for every incidence of an issue, even when there is a clear, repeated pattern that there is a larger problem or outage. Their team will not go out of their way to help, they don't take any visible responsibility for coordinating a response, and they don't provide clarity in to when you can expect resolution. If you press them for support or solutions, they make excuses about the challenges around finding and fixing unidentified bugs, and you might even provoke an unprofessional response if you are persistent in getting answers. Frankly, I wouldn't really recommend them.

Everything costs extra. "Approval Feature" included BUT.. only in the yearly plan. "Automations" included BUT.. not triggering a signature, only in Enterprise. "Affliate" yes, BUT.. only for yearly subscribers. They try to squeeze everything out of their customers. I am really looking forward to cancel PandaDoc when there's an alternative.

Pandadoc is a good product overall, but the technical support/customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had a great system going, with integration to Pipedrive and Xero, but then one day the Xero integration suddenly stopped, and I was told I'd have to upgrade to their new editor, whereby I could use Zapier instead. I reluctantly agreed after being promised I would not lose any functionality. After the upgrade I lost 2 features that I use a lot and now they tell me they'll add these as "enhancement requests" (not bugs). And they won't give me any refunds for the inconvenience. Be warned. If you sign up, don't expect to have issues fixed very quickly. They do not treat their loyal customers well.

Not long ago just suspended our business account without any explanations and we just lost signed contacts for last 3 years... just amazing... I do not recommend using

It's an expense product that for the price should have more features. It also runs slowly A number of our clients haven't been able to access.
