On 19 July, 2023 I was distracted, distressed and running out of hope after being on the phone and online for hours. I found Nick Jones. Through his professionalism and knowledge and attention to my unique situation, he found round trip tickets for me in the unusual time frame I had to work with. The tool is intuitive and easy
The tool is intuitive and easy. There are always a few hitches or usability things that can be improved but nothing that has held our implementation back. Rachael Buckingham has been amazing working through and educating us.
