Deceptive Billing Practices at Pandadoc
I recently enrolled in a trial membership with Pandadoc, hoping to explore their services. However, my experience quickly turned sour.Firstly, I was required to share my card details for the trial, which felt invasive and unnecessary. Upon deciding to cancel my subscription, I was surprised to find that they continued to charge me for months after cancellation, with no clear communication about the charges.This kind of deceptive billing is unacceptable and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Pandadoc's services, as their subscription practices leave much to be desired.

Pick any other e-signature software out there
The software is constantly bugging, replacing boxes and words on its own, the "undo" function destroyes part of the text randomly. The customer service is a joke, absolute no intention in helping nor acknowledging the errors even after weeks and multiple emails/tickets opened. Such a regret to chose pandadoc, if you are still in time, stay away.

they trap users in. Cannot delete account.
You google for a free template for a contract, see PandaDoc offering free templates, to open the template they force you to create an account, to then ask you money to actually use the template... and, cherry on the cake, nowhere to be found a button to delete the newly created user account! I imagine with how much pride they show their investors how many users they have... They should tell them that they are all "trapped" users. So unethical, mostly in 2023.

I was on trail and I needed somthing…
I was on trail and I needed somthing that I could use to send and receive Credit Card Authorization froms in. I thought they would be like Docu Sign but I got a nasty email from Admin about reading the terms. They do not allow and card number or anything like that. I thought this was a secure place to send Docs? I guess if you want to send a simple Doc for buying a car that does not have any credit card of Social Security number then this might fit you well. Very basic with a high cost in my books.
