I had an awful experience with them.

Took $735 after I cancelled 3 weeks ago. Complete horseshit.

Take your money and put it in trash. How do you run a Technology Company and does not have a Technical Support Number? Your Chat Support is Worthless=Junk=Trash. Customers don’t have a time to spend hours reading Chat Support responses that make no sense. Oh how about those emails from your Support Team How Can We Help You? It would be very nice if we can talk to a real human that can understand what issues the customers are having. We don’t Care Charge $$$ for the Phone Support but please don’t torture your customers with that Stupid Chat Support! They need to fire the Department Head for Technical Support and start from Scratch. Now you should display this at your Customer Service Meeting.

I have been a PD user for 3 years. I don't recommend it. As soon as you have a technical problem with one of the templates Good Luck getting it solved. You will never hear from them about it. There is no follow up. There is no one who cares there to solve problems. When I contact them again I always get a new agent asking me to explain what issue I am having. There is no records of anything. They suck

STAY AWAY!! We were using Pandadoc for over 3 years and we were on a $20,000 per year contact. Pandadoc closed our account without any notice, we lost 1000’s of clients and lost valuable documents. We were told we sent too many documents in one go to our clients even though we were on a contract where we paid for this. The customer service was not helpful. If you are wanting to secure your business and not worry about losing the access AVOID.

Wir sind langjährige Kunden von PandaDoc und waren bisher zufrieden. Doch im Mai 2024 bemerkten wir eine erhebliche und unerklärliche Erhöhung unserer Rechnung seit März 2024. Es stellte sich heraus, dass unsere Benutzerkonten, die seit 2022 vorhanden waren, durch eine Systemaktualisierung dann einzeln berechnet wurden, statt inklusive in einem Paket. Diese Preiserhöhung erfolgte ohne unsere Zustimmung. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme und klarer Kommunikation verweigerte PandaDoc eine vollständige Rückerstattung der unberechtigten erheblichen Zusatzkosten. Der Kundenservice bot nur teilweise Rückerstattungen und keine zufriedenstellende Lösung an. Diese Erfahrung war äußerst frustrierend und hat unser Vertrauen stark beeinträchtigt. Wir hoffen, dass diese Bewertung anderen hilft, vorsichtig im Umgang mit PandaDoc zu sein, und dass das Unternehmen seine Kundenservice- und Abrechnungspraktiken überdenkt.

I was a happy customer for a number of years but when I came to cancel my service (prior to the renewal), they ignored that request and tried to force me to pay for the next 12 months. That ain't happening!! Shonky.

I've been a client for many years and wanted to explore upgrading. It did not go well after setting an appointment with the representative. I just felt like a number. It took 4 email exchanges just to get that appointment. The link to book the appointment said 1 time then the confirmation for the appoinment said another time... then when I asked for clarity - the appointment had passed. NOT A GREAT CUSTMER EXPERIENCE. SO I found another site that's actually FREE FOREVER Rabbitsign!
