I have been a customer since 2023. They have a bunch of incredibly overpriced features. For that alone, we will look elsewhere. However, what made it worse is that I have been trying for over two weeks to speak with anyone on their team, having sent several emails, reminders, and completed their online form. ZERO reaction. They take my money and do not care. I will vote with my feet and recommend you do the same.

Muchas de las propuestas no llegan, cuando la aplicación te dice que sí, y pasan los días y te llama el cliente diciendo que no has enviado la propuesta, y yo me quedo a cuadros, porque la aplicación me dice que ha llegado. Por tanto, después de pagar una cuota anual para optimizar mi función comercial, vuelvo a lo de siempre, el PDF por mail. Y el servicio de antención al cliente es malísimo. Lo único que quieren es finalizar las incidencias y no han hecho nada. No se os ocurra contratarlo.

Sadly, it’s time to say goodbye to PandaDoc Customer support at PandaDoc has significantly declined in recent months. Instead of fast and competent assistance, we’re increasingly experiencing frustrating ticket ping-pong with no clear responsibilities or actual solutions. What’s especially disappointing: We’re now being forced to upgrade from the Business plan to the much more expensive Enterprise plan just to continue using the small “Advanced Quotes” add-on – which was previously available as a separate feature. This add-on is now exclusively bundled with the Enterprise plan, which we find completely unreasonable. After several years as a loyal customer, we are extremely disappointed by this development. Support quality has gone down while prices have nearly doubled. That’s it for us – goodbye PandaDoc.

Absolute Trash customer service. The product is not worth ever having to deal with them.

I am very disappointed with Pandadoc's customer service. I subscribed to the free one-month trial and forgot to cancel the subscription on the very same day. As a result, I was charged €32 and immediately contacted customer service to request a refund, as I ultimately wouldn’t be using the paid version. They refused to help despite my two requests. I explained that I’m a solo entrepreneur and simply can’t afford it. I’m really disappointed – their lack of flexibility and empathy is striking. I will no longer use Pandadoc and will not recommend it to others.

Idk who’s the manager but they need fired and kicked outta office for firing people jus because they want to one of there former employees Travis was let go and replaced because they found someone cheaper per hour to pay that’d pathetic and I think this company needs to start taking accountability for there actions and not blame other employees for there faults not to mention I’ve never had a good experience with panda doc because there who network system website and support system is garbage the day this company crashes and goes out of business is the day America will be great again 🙄

Registered and tried to send form but turned out you need to purchase the full plan so whats the point of having trial you stupid scammers?

Used their "free trial" which didn't allow me to actually use their basic features, so was forced to upgrade (after being told I only needed a basic paid account to test whether or not their systems worked for me). I was then forced to upgrade again, and then found out that my testing surpassed their limits and I'd have to pay more money. This whole platform is a grift. Go elsewhere. Their support are liars and this is merely a cash grab. They copied and pasted a sentence from their encyclopaedia of terms, which didn't even make sense when I asked for a refund. Avoid at all costs.
