Panama Hat Company is extremely efficient and professional. They seem to have this whole buying and shipping process down to a science. I live on the Cape Verde islands but received this hat in perfect condition just 21 days from day of purchase. The hat is outstanding and fits perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Over the last few years, I have purchased five hats from Panama Hats Direct. The hats have been mostly Fino or Super Fino weaves, and each reflects the quality of expert craftsmanship I have come to expect from this company. Moreover, their delivery process is down to a science, and service extends well beyond the purchase. One of my custom hats recently blew into a lake and became soaked and deformed. They restored it for the price of shipping and a modest five dollars. Of course, I will make more purchases from them in the future.

Second hat I’ve bought now but this is first one I’ve designed myself, it’s wicked, the journey was a pleasure from start to finish with photo and info updates, Thanks, Pete

Top quality hat. Delivered in sturdy box, hat has no damage at all. Super great customer service. If I had two heads I would order an other one without a question.

Very happy C.
My second Panama Hats Direct Montecristi is now in hand - or rather - on my very happy head. Custom Fino Fino Havana with 3/4 small curled brim. Each time I have worn it so far I've received compliments on the unique style and workmanship. Beyond the exceptional handiwork provided through Panama Hats Direct is a through, thoughtful, and individually oriented customer service experience that included regular status reports of my specific hat with process photographs as well as informative narrative on the process. Every detail of my hat is exactly as ordered including the precise size of 59 1/2 cm as requested and measured by me. I feel that I have received tremendous value by working with Panama Hats Direct AND have had an individually tailored experience that makes me feel like an important and unique person, a valued client, and someone who has been welcomed into a very special community. Thank you all for your ongoing commitment to this important art form.
