Excellent quality product, it has become my go to Panama.the customer service is outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly. I made 1 mistake when ordering, used regular mail, snail mail is faster. Use any other method. I strongly recommend Panama hats direct.

I was probably a difficult customer as I didn't size my hat correctly the first time. They graciously took my first hat back and replaced it with the correct size. My biggest fear of ordering a hat online was relieved.

I bought my first hat from these guys 15 years ago. I am frequently complemented on my hats - they are real, grown up, hats, not re-purposed golf hats. Casey and the team keep getting better and better and more sophisticated (in terms of the web site, sizing, options, etc.), but the prices go down! I will buy another one when the current Havana style hat I own now wears out!
