I bought a panama from these folks in 2015 and it was a most wonderful hat! It came in a very cool box and I was perfectly satisfied with it. Unfortunately, ( this is true, not a homework story ) my dog ate it!!!! Now I live in England where Panamas aren't able to be worn much. But I will always think of that hat with affection, unlike the dog.

This summer I've ordered three hats from Panama Hats Direct. I printed, then cut out and glued together the measuring strip they recommended to measure my head. One of the hats that I had immediately liked was in that size. So, I thought---I'll try it. (It's the one I'm wearing. )I loved the updates they sent on the hat being blocked and sweat band fitted. The product arrived in great shape, and fit. It is a little snug---but that's okay. I ordered two more hats that were in a size one centimeter larger, to try a looser fit, and with a slightly wider brim. Right after my order I realized that I wanted a different band on the one and requested it. They fixed it right away and sent a picture. Both hats arrived in great shape, and the fit, looser than the first hat, looks fine and feels fine in these styles. I ordered these hats, not just for everyday fun wear, but to especially to wear at art fairs when I am exhibiting and selling my paintings. I am a woman customer, with a small head, so I've always had trouble getting hats that fit. I have been amazed at the quality of the hats and the courtesy and efficiency of company. Great hats! Great people!
