I've ordered on two different occasions and have been pleased with the hats.

I could not be more pleased with my hat! Shipping does take a while (including Customs), but it is absolutely worth it. These hats are an incredible value for what one pays, and I highly recommend them. I have never received as many positive comments about any item of clothing as I have about my hat!

I live in Florida and have two of Panama Direct's fedoras, a Cuenca Havana with a wider brim and a standard brim Havana Monticristo. I wear them constantly. The ordering process was easy, their selection of hats and bands extensive, and their quality is excellent. I'm very happy.
