Panama Hats DirectReviews of panamahatsdirect.com

My hat was flawless and delivered in perfect shape. The quality of their hats has always been excellent.

From the first telephonic contact until the arrival of a perfect Ecuadorian Panama hat at my door, this company was a complete pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

I felt like a family friend. Great communication. Love my hat. I ordered the horse hair band and didn't like the look. I replaced it with the traditional look. Don't fight tradition. Transparent and honest, great experience.

I am happy with my hat , I am placing 2 more . Excelent communications with Casey. Good organization

this is my second hat from the company and the quality of the hats and the service is top class from beginning to the end top marks

I must say i tried all the sites for legit hats this site tops them all ! Casey is a professional owner! He gave me the whole history of the paja Toquilla hats from Ecuador !!i bought the Havana style love it!!!

It's pretty easy to like a company when everything goes well. My hat order was lashed up and taking forever. A phone call to the 800 number was answered by a real person, Casey. He was extremely helpful and I was treated like a valuable customer. My hat finally arrived and it was perfect. Thanks Casey

Excellent hats and great to deal with. Serious quality backed up with really good communications. Better than I dared hope
