My Faith in Customer Service Has Been Restored
A few days ago, I posted a review here describing our worsening experience with this company. We've had an issue with early payments, and though we had an exceptional experience for the first few years (shout out to Alex!), it's been getting worse over time. When I posted that review, I expected nothing at all. As a business owner myself, I just firmly believe in holding companies accountable and protecting other consumers whenever possible. Imagine my surprise when the COO himself reached out to me directly within hours and handled the issue promptly with genuine compassion and warmth. In 2026, customer service feels dead. Most companies have fired their customer service teams and replaced them with infuriating, useless chatbots. And as a consumer, it feels frustrating and dehumanizing when you have an issue that requires a personal touch. I'm so happy to say that Panacea Financial has raised the bar for me and restored my faith. Thank you so much, Ned, Alex, and the Panacea team, for your exceptional customer service recovery and for providing an invaluable service to physicians and their families. We have recommended Panacea Financial to many doctors over the years, and I'm happy to recommend them today.
