My every Phone ☎️ call and my every email to Panacea has been absolutely wonderful!!!! Always a quick pleasant response, and thier 3,25% interest is wonderful too!!!! 👍😀 They answer all of my questions very professionally!!!!

Parker Beller went out of his way to accommodate my need for refinancing my medical school loans along with the very hectic schedule I have during residency. Know your customer instructions need…
Know your customer instructions need update and better clarity. Financial transactions are slow to process. Current balances/pending transactions take a long time to show up online. No welcome package in postal mail. Once I received my checks my last name was spelled incorrectly. The ATM would not activate with a PIN. It seems it was one error after another, I closed my accounts.

Hi Ron - I'm terribly sorry for the issues that you experienced. We have no excuse for misspelling your name on the checks and I take full responsibility for that and am working with my team to ensure a double-validation system to ensure it doesn't happen to anyone else. We take your financial security most seriously, and unfortunately some of the information you supplied on your application caused our digital screening measures to fail (putting your wrong birthday and phone number, amongst other things), slowing down your processes while we manually verified all the data. We did send a welcome package, however you specifically selected to not receive checks, again triggering a manual re-ordering. And you're right again, you can't activate your debit card at an ATM, that's why the instructions are printed on the card to call-in for activation. Thank you for sharing your feedback on our processes and what could be improved. We are always trying to provide a better customer experience. I'm sorry that we weren't able to keep your business.
