Grace handled all of the AIA G702 & G703 forms with precision yet also using needed flexibility with line items, making this project run very smoothly with regard to the sometimes-daunting interoffice progressive billing. Brandon was available 24/7 from conception (design), through city permitting, to me handing the clients their keys to their new masterpiece.
