his company canceled my order on April 28th because the item was out of stock, but they are still holding onto hundreds of dollars of my money . After weeks of excuses, they explicitly admitted in writing that they owe me the money and asked for my PayPal details. I sent them immediately, and now they’ve ghosted me. Absolute nightmare customer service. Forced to file a dispute to get my money back. Avoid them.

Llegó todo lo que pedí, al tiempo estipulado. No tenían un vinilo que pedí en stock y decidí esperar, a las horas de responderles a su email, me contestan que ya les había llegado y venia directo a Australia ❤️. Hice mi pedido el 14/05 y me llegó el 1/06, casi siempre me tarda lo mismo en llegar. La mayoria de los productos estan a unos meses de expirar, recomiendo pedir lo que se va a usar en 3 o 4 meses, aparte de eso, siempre muy buena experiencia :)!

Excelente. Precios razonables y gran variedad. Tienen de todo. Pedimos hacia Canada y llegó en dos semanas exactas (uno de los productos estaba sin stock y lo esperamos sino llegaba antes). Me encantó.

Extremely disappointing customer service and refund handling. The refund was originally issued because part of my order never arrived and other products arrived damaged/broken. I was then promised two separate refunds: - USD 15.86 confirmed on March 9 (Ticket ID: ZWLZGX) - USD 67.11 confirmed on April 7 (Ticket ID: JNRSKT) Both emails stated the refunds had already been requested and would take up to 30 business days to appear in my account. As of May 13, I still have not received either refund, nor any meaningful update from support. The most frustrating part is that customer service keeps confirming the refunds but nothing actually happens. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information. Very poor packaging, poor post-sale support, and an unreliable refund process. I cannot recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
