Bought a Palram grey 6 x 8 shed. Didn't last 6 weeks of British winter. Totally disintegrated in a storm whereas wooden shed lasted years. Very disappointed. Bought via Waltons who referred me to Palrams who offer 10 year guarantee. Palrams refered me back to Waltons. Neither company helpful and guarantee worthless. Suggest you do not waste your money on this shed

Ordered a canopy through a building/ diy company. The canopy sadly didn’t arrive when it should have. Palram customer service were immediately in contact with me to apologise and arrange another delivery…it came when requested, the product (canopy) is good quality and looks very smart. Thanks Palram applications .

I have had 2 Palram sheds at different addresses for a number of years that have been excellent, so good in fact that I recommended them to my neighbour who proceeded to buy one last year. In the extremely high winds that we had a fortnight ago the neighbours shed lost some roof panels. On her behalf I contacted Palram with regards to getting a pri e to replace them. I was contacted by Luke Walker, After Sales Advisor who stated that they would be replaced free of charge including delivery. He advised that I would receive the panels in 2 to 3 days which they did. This was excellent customer service from both Palram and Luke.

Bought a greenhouse that was delivered with many missing parts. Having sent a list of parts we needed we received half the items. The next time we again received half the items and since for no response to our texts/ emails from Matthew Caveney the customer services rep. We have now had parts for a £2000 greenhouse sat outside our house for 5 weeks. Not to be recommended

PALRAM 6X8 SKYLIGHT SHED I bought this shed in the summer, it looked fine, but last night it was broken into, it became clear that this shed can be broken into in less than 60 seconds. The door hinge has 4 exposed screws (part no 8480) all someone has to do is unscrew 3 of these and the door can be opened and no mater what sort of lock you have on the other door it does not matter, Very Very poor not to have some sort of fixing over the door fixing to make it impossible to get to the screws

I contacted Palram customer service and they were brilliant . They sent me the parts free of charge and they arrived within 2 days. Thank you so much !
