Great Greenhouse, clear instructions. screwed to paving, no issue whatever in wind, panels are absolutely fine, and relatively quick and easy build. hardest build was ensuring it was square, after that, two easy days and all done. now full of thriving plants. recommended.

Very detailed instructions, with every part labelled and numbered. Essential to follow them to the letter, and to build on a flat level base, to which I secured the walls as I put them up, rather than waiting to the end. Also essential to leave all the top bolts slack until the roof sections are slid into position (illustration c on page 31 seems wrong in this respect). Illustraions show what appears to be ventilation in the gable ends, but this is in fact solid witout any openings. Overall, I am delighted with the results, which took two lesurely days to erect.

Thank you to Palram for providing me with a PDF instruction to assist with the re-construction of my polycarbonate greenhouse I inherited . On dismantling before reconstruction I misplaced a plastic clip in my garden . Thank you to Jonathan for helping identify the clip and send me a new one with the minimal of fuss , many thanks

Unfortunately I lost the curtain clips that the four curtains that the gazebo has, I contacted their customer service and they have promised to replace these clips FOC! You can’t get a better after sale service than that.

Got a 6x10 greenhouse wasn't the easiest to build on my own but in time was ok. Ive had this for over a year in the box when building I was missing a few parts few emails and a phone call my parts will be sent out tomorrow free of charge. Excellent customer service 👏

Recent storm damage left our greenhouse missing some panels. We contacted Palram to order some replacement parts to purchase. A short time later, they had delivered the missing pieces free of charge. It is so amazing a big company like this offer such amazing after sales assistance in this day and age. I see we are not the only customers they have done this for.
