Extremely helpful and very polite

I have received a few now, the quality is amazing, price fantastic. No matter how clumsy you are it’s so easy and therapeutic to do. Makes me sit and focus for a while. The painting looks just like the photo. Make great presents too.

Would not recommend! My item never arrived. Appreciate this was the fault of Evri who for some reason returned it to seller without even trying to deliver. They said to contact seller But any attempt to contact the hem was ignored. No way to see if I could get my money back or if they could try contact their delivery service to get me my parcel. Can’t comment on the product as I never received it but terrible service!

The product arrived in a terrible state. The box looked like it had been sawn in two and the taped back together. Some of the paints have fallen out of there allotted places so could mean we end up using the wrong colour at the wrong point. She hasn't tried it yet so we'll see what happens.

Drawing sent was nothing like picture sent. Maybe it was the quality of the picture. Drawing was useless £45 wasted. They should tell you if the picture is not useable. They just seem to print anything. Waste of time

the paint is high quality but the colors are all wrong very disappointed in my purchase, will not be buying from this company again.

The painting looks great! Delivery was fast and I’m impressed. I already ordered another one because they will make great gifts at Christmas!
