I love the available prints but frustrated with running out of paint and some paints arriving gummy

Easy system ….order and you get a reply almost immediately 😊. Now I will wait for my paint kit to arrive. I love painting so I am looking fwd to getting it…I took it up with the COVID-19 lock up….couldn’t go anywhere…so my grandkids gave me one for Christmas and I have been hooked on it ever since….Love doing it….so relaxing…. My husband wanted a wild turkey painting so we had one custom done. Was excited and spent over 25 hours completing it. (It was large) Super disappointed in the final result. Its garbage worthy he said. I still have it, trying to decide if i can salvage it by painting over the grassy areas with my own acrylics. I would actually like a refund. He spent around $60.

Provided I actually get the picture and it's what you say it is then a 5 star rating is not enough. The concept is perfect for getting a crafty person a gift that will last a life time

The frame was useless. Poorly made, poor material, did not assemble for fear of breaking the pieces that did not properly align.

Your company’s customer service is excellent

I have ordered twice from this company and twice they have sent the wrong painting kit!! I have emailed their “customer service” but all I hear are crickets!! They’re fast enough to take my money though… the kits arrived folded into 4 squares so there are permanent creases in them. I’m going to try ironing the back side of one of the ones I got that I didn’t want and see what happens. I won’t be ordering from them again. In this case, you do get what you pay for, including bad customer service!!!!
