I purchased this paint by number as a Christmas present for my daughter. Order on Dec 2nd and am still waiting for it to show up on Dec 20th. Tracking through Canada Post tells me nothing. Emailing the company for answers has not been replied to. So at this point I am afraid I have lost my $45 spent on this. Would not recommend purchasing from this company. 😕

Packed poorly -- paints looked like they were thrown into a box loosely. Frame has fragile ends, but not packed securely. Is a Christmas present, but Paint with Number won't stop bothering me for a review. Buy this...and you sign up for spam. So, they're getting the review they pestered me for. When the receiver actually opens the present, we'll see what the full review it.

Ordered in November hoping to receive in time for christmas gift. Paid for the " expedited" shipping of 3-5 days. Its been a month. Still have not received anything. Company will not reply to emails. There is zero customer service. Will not order again. DO NOT recommend.

Everything was great . I understand my third submitted picture wasn’t able to get through . The team credited me what wasn’t send . A bit of instructions would hurt Ex. Set up painting Flatten out and secure paper my on table or Set up a easle . Also a wick paper copy as to how to frame when finished wouldn’t hurt . I can make it work Others might be bewildered if this is a project they just started Over all really great idea :) Thanks guys
