Everything but the delivery system looks great. It took a month to receive my kit.

It is currently 3 days from Christmas and I haven't received my order. Was counting on this item as a gift! Tracking tells me it's in transit and has said this for a week now. Will not order from this company again.

No updates or order number provided. Sent me reward points to use but no information on my order of 26 portraits. Website won't let me log in to see order status. Not sure if I'm even going to get the order. Review status may change based on product and recievement of information on order

Took forever to come in. And didn’t even come in time for Christmas.

I love how I was able to chose my own photo and customize the size and number of colors

I don’t have an order number to track my order and have heard nothing from you about delivery

Taking way too long to get here if I knee it was coming from china I would have ordered from a different site

Ordered these 12/6 and today is 12/20 and have yet to receive them. Doubt they’ll get here before xmas
