I ordered primer, base coat, and clear coat for a repair I need to do on my vehicle. This is a popular paint color on a lot of vehicles, so I figured it would be an easy paint to mix. I sprayed a test sample and knew immediately it was way off. My paint has a very minimal amount of pearl flakes in it. What they sent me looks like a bass boat. I sent them the sample they requested, and they told me that it matches their color chip perfectly. Obviously they have the wrong chip. I have talked with the dealership, a body shop, another online paint match supplier, and an auto parts store that mixes factory paint and they all say the same thing. Paintscratch.com is wrong. Customer service here has been useless, defensive, and borderline incompetent. I will never use this company again. Thank you for a complete waste of $139.69.

I placed an order online. The associate canceled my order without confirming with me. Associate never checked all the orders/invoices and claimed I failed to order the paint products correctly. Totally incompetent customer service. Sherwin Williams would be a better choice. Very unhappy.

Paint match is exact. Easy to apply on scratches and chips. Once buffed out, the paint blends right into the vehicle.

I bought the pen kit to touch up rock chips on the front bumper and hood of my Scion FR-S. The color match was spot on. Combined with the video instructions and the materials provided in the kit, a novice can do paint chip repairs like a pro. I highly recommend this product.

Going to the auto body shop to get my car fixed would’ve easily exceeded $7k for something I realized I could do at home by myself. I wouldn’t have been able to do that if I didn’t have somewhere to buy car paint. Thanks!

I ordered a base spray paint with the exact paint code and car informations, but what Ive got is a huge DISAPPOINTMENT on the color matches! So freaking mad about this! very low quality! Not even close to its original paint color!! I Don't wanna trust this company anymore!! My car looks stupid because of your paint color matches!!! I can’t imagine how many more DIYers will be misguided by your online store! Smh!

Don’t suggest ordering from this place! Gave them the paint code and the paint was nowhere close to my paint. Because it was a custom color I got stuck with useless paint.
