Paint color doesn’t match. It’s too white. For the price, was expecting much better.

Order was smooth until delivery. Per the shipping information, the paint pens were delivered in my mailbox, they were not. I waited a few days to ensure the package would not be late and reached out to Paintscratch.com to advise of the issue. Quick response to ask me to wait a few more days and if the package was still not delivered, to submit a refund request. Waited 4 additional days and filled out the form on their website to request a refund. I received an email stating the issue had been resolved - and nothing else. The email doesn’t state if the refund was approved or denied. It doesn’t state when the refund would be issued or if there was anything else I needed to do. Called and left a voicemail for clarification and resent an email asking for clarification. I understand the shipping issue isn’t their fault, but sending a generic, automated email when resolving an issue for a customer shouldn’t create more confusion or ambiguity for said customer.

Horrible tracking and my paint is not close in color. I believe they switched tracking for my paint, it said I received it in another state. Then a few days later, it showed up at my address. Sadd to say, but color is not even close to my paint. Totally botched purchase.

My paint must not have been packaged well because the box arrived fine with no damage but my paint can spray tip was damaged and had released paint inside the paint cap.

Whoever packed the box did a horrible job. They just wrapped one piece of tape around center of box length and width. DID NOT seal the box prior to shipping. Box was destroyed by the time I received my order. They were pretty ignorant to think that was sufficient for shipping.

Quality seems good, shipping was slow but my primary issue is their website and follow through service. Ordered Pens for three of my cars with one being a completely different shade based on the color selector they use on their web site for the year make and model. They admitted that their system is incorrect and that I should have ignored their website. They never offered to make it right or honor their guarantee.
