Honestly, I was very disappointed with the paint color. I didn’t think it really matched my car and it was so dull. I thought it would have the same shine level.

It took while to ship it.by the time it reach to me weather change to cold. I send an email to cx the order ,they couldn't. Didn't worth my money.

Shipping was better than expected. But, the paint did not come with a technical data sheet, the color was not correct but we were able to blend it just enough. Don't ever buy any Harley Davidson colors from this place. Just go straight to the only company that is licensed to mix the colors in the UK. You pay a little more but the color will be correct, there will be someone to answer your questions and you know you'll be taken care of. Paintscratch does not offer any kind of customer support unless you aren't happy.

the paint was not even close in matching

Ordered 6 paint products from PaintScratch. 3 of them arrived leaking. On top of that, I received the wrong color for one of my orders. I called and left a voicemail, emailed them referencing my order number asking to exchange for the correct color — never got a response. Not a call back, not an email, nothing. I reached out within hours of placing the order and was completely ignored. The product itself may be fine when it works, but when something goes wrong you are on your own. Customer service is non-existent. Would not recommend unless you are 100% sure of your order and willing to accept whatever shows up at your door with zero recourse.

The color code was correct , but the paint color received was several shades to light.

I ordered paint for a Guards Red vehicle. The merchant's site drop-down menu glitched or misclicked, sending an entirely different dark metallic maroon color that cannot be used on my car. The merchant refuses to offer a reasonable exchange or solution for an obvious system layout error.
