You are referring to our Trait Surveys. These are not money-making surveys for us, so they will always be lower earning. We use them to weed out bots and increase your TraitScore, which allows us to send you more surveys relevant to you. Research Surveys are the ones that pay more because they are commissioned by our clients. To make sure you are maximizing the number of Research Surveys you are seeing, please make sure that all your demographics are up to date, you have your notifications turned on, and you are checking your dashboard throughout the day for surveys that are not emailed out. You can check your earnings history in the Earnings History to see what types of surveys you have been taking. If you are still not receiving Research Surveys, please open a support ticket so the support team can take a look at your account.

Hi Roberto. You are referring to our Trait Surveys. They help us get to know you better, but are not money-making surveys for us, so they will always earn the same. Research Surveys are where you earn more because they are commissioned by our clients. If you're not receiving Research Surveys, please open a support ticket so we can take a look at your account. Please also note that we updated our cash out options in 2021. Everyone must cash out their first time through PayPal at $15 for verification and security purposes. After that, members in good standing can cash out the second time at $10, and every time after that at $5.

Hi Lindsey, The issue was that you were running three accounts, which is against our Terms of Service (and is grounds to remove all your accounts from our platform). We gave you the benefit of the doubt, closed two of the accounts, and left the third one open. The phone number you are wanting to use was attached to one of the accounts that we closed. In order to change your number to one that was used by another account, the duplicate account needs to be fully erased by the system so it does not think you are trying to create a fourth duplicate account. That is why we asked you to wait 24 hours before attempting to update your phone number, as the system will not allow you to do so until all of your duplicate accounts are fully removed from our system. We also explained this in a support ticket on your remaining account that you have not opened yet. Please be sure to read all communications from our support team. Thank you for your understanding.

There is no guarantee on any sort of schedule or rewards amount. That's because these surveys are based entirely on what our clients are ordering. Because it's based on the orders we receive, we can't set an expectation on how often you'll see Research Surveys, or how much you'll earn for each one. To make sure you are maximizing the number of Research Surveys you are seeing, please make sure that all your demographics are up to date, you have your notifications turned on, and you are checking your dashboard throughout the day for surveys that are not emailed out. You can also open a support ticket from your dashboard so our Support Team can see if there are any issues with your account.

As we indicate on our website and in the FAQs, you receive more for each *Research* Survey when your TraitScore reaches 9000 or above. *Trait* Surveys (the 10 cent surveys you mentioned) will always pay the same because they are not money making surveys for us. They help us weed out bots and cheaters, increase your TraitScore, and help us make sure that you are receiving Research Surveys you will actually qualify for. Research Surveys pay you more because they are commissioned by our clients and we receive payment for them. You can check your earnings history in the Earnings tab (the green $) to see what types of surveys you have been taking. If you are not receiving Research Surveys, please open a support ticket so our Support Team can look at your account and see if there's another reason why you haven't received them. As for when surveys are sent, we don't guarantee any specific schedule for surveys, as it is based entirely on what our clients order and if you match the demographic they're researching. We have clients and panelists around the world, and clients are able to launch their surveys 24/7. To maximize the number of surveys you see, we recommend you make sure your demographics are filled out completely, and you are checking your dashboard throughout the day for surveys that aren't emailed out.

Those would be our Trait Surveys.These will always be low-earning surveys because they are not money-making surveys for us. The Research Surveys are the ones where you will make more money. Please check your Earnings tab to see which you have been taking. We will also add that we don't guarantee any specific schedule for surveys, as it is based entirely on what our clients order and if you match the demographic they're researching. That being said, June is usually one of our busiest months of the year for surveys, so you should be seeing an increase in available surveys. If you have seen a reduction in the number of Research Surveys, please make sure your demographics are complete and up to date, your notifications are turned on, and you are checking your dashboard during the day for surveys that aren't emailed out. We also encourage you to reach out to [email protected] as well, so they can take a look at your account to see if there might be another reason you're not seeing Research Surveys.
