I won a giveaway and spend a lot of time without contacting me. They said worldwide and then said it was a mistake. They should ask of I wanted to pay the shipment or if I have someone who could receive it in the USA. Beside that, when they contact me they were super friendly and very fast on the shipment . Be more transparent about your delivery and giveaways

It took more than a week to get here.

Two days after the order was placed and paid, the day that DHL's tag was printed, they sent me an email telling me that my product was "out of stock" (a day before the raquet's arrival to my location) despite not stating anyware that it was sold out or it had low inventory in the web page. They offered me an expensier raquet insted of the one I purchased. Which felt like a cash-out solution instead of offering me a similar raquet with no aditional payment.

my racket came very poorly packaged, only with bubble wrap and when I opened the package, it already had defects such as bumps and scratches!
