We loved the spontaneous aspect. Pack up and Go gave us some really great options that we loved but might not always pick. It was a great getaway and I highly recommend! We had a couple of reservation hiccups but pack up and go was great in helping us handle the issues!

Our first Pack Up + Go trip! We chose Outdoor Adventure / Mid-Level for our Surprise Trip! You fill out a very detailed survey beforehand, so be extra aware to list “every where” you have traveled so that you don’t get sent somewhere you have gone beforehand. So, that is solely on us for not doing that, I suppose ! We were sent to Pensacola, FL as our destination ☀️ Fun Fact: We go there every year to visit our BFFs that live in that area. So, OOPS! Apparently, we didn’t put that on our Survey! But, it was the a fun trip that we needed to take! We stayed in an amazing B&B, located in downtown area. We ate at restaurants, where Reservations where made for us. So, we saw Pensacola a little different, than always just staying at the beach, like in the past. Our Excursion booked for us was a Segway Tour. I had an unexpected surgery on my shoulder a week and half before our trip and still had many stitches and doctor’s restrictions. So, I reached out to Pack Up + Go, and they readjusted the excursion and gave us options. We chose a sunset Dolphin cruise instead and had a great time!! The Support Staff were quick to respond and resolve anything we needed adjusted during our weekend, and that was a great PLUS for us. The only reason I didn’t choose 5 stars, was for the price $$$. The Bed & Breakfast stay and the excursion was paid for with the fee. You get a detailed packet of info for your trip, that you open that morning of your adventure. But you have to pay for your two different dinners, at the places that are Reserved for you, and I thought that would have been included (with $$$ parameters, of course). Would my husband and I spend that money again for us, I don’t know. But, I would most definitely Pack Up + Go on an adventure with my friends, if I’m just paying my individual price for one. All and all, it was a great weekend and so exciting and fun to prepare for!

I have been following PUAG for about 5 years and for Cmas, my hubby gifted us a trip. It exceeded our expectations!!!!!! The attention to detail was great and I was SO impressed by the organization and design of the packet. They were also quick to notify us that one of our activities needed to be adjusted and cleared it with us before making the change. We LOVED our experience and will be recommending them.

Listen, we've done quite a bit of traveling, both self-planned and via tours and we have never enjoyed a trip so much as we did our Pack Up & Go experience! The surprise destination part was obviously very cool but only the beginning of our fantastic trip! The level of detail that PU&G put into the planning was amazing. They organized our days with just the right level of activity, leaving us the freedom to explore some of the many suggestions they provided for dining and adventures. Their picks for our hotel and reserved restaurants were spot on. Even though we flew to our destination, there was no need for renting a car since the hotel was located near the central train station and right in the middle of the walkable historic downtown. When we wanted to go a little further, the hotel had a free courtesy car. We even received a credit for Uber rides when we stayed out later than the courtesy car ran. I can't imagine a more delightful travel experience and highly recommend this to both seasoned travelers and anyone venturing out for the first time!

Our third surprise trip with Pack Up & Go. We had an amazing, relaxing time. Every detail - hotels, restaurant reservations, activities booked, with time mixed in to relax and choose from recommended alternative choices. The Savannah Taste Experience Food Tour was a memorable highlight. Such a walkable town, great restaurants and fun sights. We will definitely have Pack Up & Go plan another trip for us!

Pack Up and Go gave me a beautiful relaxing long weekend in a sunny location that I would never have chosen for myself. There were plenty of suggestions for activities, but I had enough downtime to take everything in. My meal reservations were spot on! I will definitely use this service again!

Pack up and go paid attention to our needs regarding scheduling, and personal preferences about our destination. They reserved a fun activity for us to do, and recommended many local restaurants, shops, things to see and do. They were communicative in advance of the trip, and responsive when we had questions regarding the trip.
