Isn't it amazing to let someone else do the planning?! Then you can get to focusing on the important part of vacation, making memories :) It's so amazing to hear that your planner knocked it out of the park with your destination. We love going through surveys + finding the best spot for your specific interests, especially if it's somewhere you never would have thought to visit in the past! Where to next?!

Isn't New Orleans just amazing?! There's something for everyone there with nightlife and history, food and music! It's so great to hear that your planner really made the most of your 3-day trip! You as the traveler always have the ability to let us know what you want your travel day to look like. If you travel again with us soon, always feel free to write in your survey that you'd prefer a longer layover to limit any/all stress at the airport :) We want to make sure you're supported and feeling relaxed for your trip with us!

Thank you so much for this review! We are so glad San Diego was the perfect destination for you and your son, and we love that the hotel and activities were such a great fit. Hearing that the activities were exactly what your son would enjoy makes our day! We also want to take a moment to address your note on pricing, because we never want anyone to feel uncertain about where their money went. Pack Up + Go takes a 25% service fee for planning and servicing all trips, but otherwise, the entire remaining trip budget went directly toward your flights, hotel, multiple activities, and transportation. We want to make sure you have complete visibility into that breakdown, so we will be reaching out to you privately with a full itemized summary. Thank you again for trusting us with such a meaningful trip. We hope San Diego created some incredible memories for you both!
