Shipped Boxes Without My Design
I was shipped all white boxes that were completely missing my design that was improved within their system. I was on the phone with support, and they have claimed that it will be sent for a reprint. But the supposed delivery of that re-print was yesterday. Other than the phone call, their support team has only responded once with the chat feature and has not provided any updates. Until I receive the re-printed boxes or a full refund, this review will stay. Update as of 8/28/24: Still have not received anything. Update as of 9/13/24: I finally got the boxes.
