Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that it is literally impossible for our system to deduct real money from a demo spin. Our system logs all user actions, and your account history clearly shows that you engaged with a standard pack opening—not a demo spin—and received the corresponding result. Our support team did not dodge your question; they reviewed your account activity and correctly pointed you to your transaction history, which confirms the pack opening and its outcome. After thoroughly investigating your claim, we found no glitches or system errors. The facts remain that the transaction was legitimate, and no malfunction occurred. It’s clear that you attempted a demo spin, saw a favorable result, and then tried to claim that your real balance was incorrectly used. However, our system accurately recorded your actions, and we stand by our findings. We are always happy to assist with genuine concerns, but we will not alter outcomes or issue refunds for verified transactions. If you need further clarification, our support team is available to review your account history with you.

Thank you for your feedback. At PackDraw, we strive to provide a fair and transparent experience for all users. Our system is built on EOS Blockchain provably fair technology, ensuring that every outcome is random and cannot be manipulated by anyone. The odds for each draw are clearly displayed, and every user participates on an equal playing field. While luck plays a significant role, it’s important to remember that even high-percentage odds don’t guarantee a win every time, as outcomes are still determined randomly. We understand how frustrating it can feel when luck doesn’t go your way, but many users experience both wins and losses over time, as demonstrated by those who have achieved notable successes on our home page under "Battle Highlights". If you have specific concerns or need clarification on how our system works, we encourage you to reach out to our 24/7 on-site live support team. We’re here to ensure your experience is as enjoyable and transparent as possible.
