Thank you for your feedback. We want to be very clear: PackDraw does not and cannot manipulate outcomes through “backend code.” Our platform operates using provably fair technology powered by the EOS blockchain, which ensures that every outcome is generated securely, transparently, and beyond the control of any user or staff member. Unlike many platforms, we publicly provide the exact code and seed data used to determine every result. This information is available to all users on our Fairness page and can be independently verified at any time. Claims of backend manipulation are simply not accurate, and our commitment to transparency is unmatched in the space. We understand the importance of trust, and that’s why we’ve built our system to be fully auditable. If you’d like to better understand how our fairness system works, we encourage you to visit https://packdraw.com/fairness or reach out to our support team with any questions.
