Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're sorry your experience wasn't what you hoped for. We want to clarify a few points: PackDraw is an e-commerce gamification platform, not a gambling operator. We are a registered entity in the United States, and our legal information is publicly available in the footer of our website. We take fairness very seriously. All outcomes are generated by our provably fair system using the EOS blockchain, which ensures results are random and verifiable by anyone. Players can independently check every result, and we encourage them to do so. We understand losing streaks can be frustrating, and we're sorry you feel this way; we stand firmly behind the integrity of our platform.

Hi, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Once a battle is registered on the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled or reversed, this is a core part of how our fairness system works, even when a player raises a concern during the round. We take reports like this seriously, and our team thoroughly investigated the battle in question. We reviewed the records and attempted to reproduce the issue from our side, but we weren't able to identify any error. We understand that's not the answer you were hoping for, and we're sorry for the frustration. We genuinely appreciate your years with us and we're sorry this experience left you feeling let down. Best regards,

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience on our platform has left you feeling this way. We want to reassure you that all outcomes on our platform are generated by a provably fair system and can be independently verified. Every probability is displayed before you play, and every result can be checked using the tools we provide. Regarding the loyalty bonuses, these are discretionary promotional offers that are calculated automatically based on a range of factors, but you also have periodic bonuses in your Rewards page. We understand that losing streaks are frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. Take care and have a good one!

Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience! We're sorry to hear you feel this way, and we genuinely understand the frustration that comes with a tough run of results. We want to be clear about one thing: our system is provably fair, and every outcome can be independently verified. The percentages shown reflect the actual odds, and the results are generated randomly for all players, there are no hidden mechanics or manipulated outcomes. We know that doesn't make a losing streak any easier to accept, and we're not here to dismiss your experience. But we do stand behind the fairness and transparency of our platform, and we encourage any player to verify their results. We wish you the best, and we're sorry we couldn't meet your expectations.
