Thanks for your review. While we understand the internet can fuel speculation, it’s important to separate rumor from fact. PackDraw is an independent platform with no connection to Roobet or any third-party operator. We operate using a publicly verifiable EOS-based Provably Fair system, meaning every result, whether in a pack, deal, draw, or a battle game mode, is independently verifiable and cannot be altered by us or anyone else. Our system is built to ensure fairness, transparency, and full user control, including the ability to create your own custom packs and choose your preferred level of volatility. If you have questions or concerns, our 24/7 live support team is always here to help clarify.

Thanks for the review — we’re glad you enjoy the site’s layout and features. Regarding your concerns with outcomes and battle mode, we want to clarify that all users, including bots, operate under the exact same EOS-based Provably Fair system. The final result is determined only after the blockchain data is locked in, ensuring no one — including us — can know or influence the outcome beforehand. Odds for every pack are clearly displayed so you can make informed decisions based on your risk preference. We understand variance can lead to streaks that feel unfair, but our system is fully transparent, secure, and cannot be manipulated. Every result can be independently verified by users through the Fairness page. You can even create your own custom packs or battles with the exact volatility and item odds you prefer. If you’d like help exploring those tools or verifying outcomes, our 24/7 live support team is always ready to assist.
