Hi Jonathan, thanks for leaving your review! We’re sorry to hear you left with that impression, but it is not misleading. Each time a user chooses to sell an item, a warning message is shown clearly explaining that the item is being sold back to balance and not withdrawn externally. The process is stated on screen before it is confirmed, so users can see exactly what action they are taking. Selling items back to balance is separate from using the Withdraw option. If your goal is to cash out, there is a dedicated Withdraw button in the cart that walks you through sending funds to your wallet in the crypto of your choice. If you share your PackDraw username, our team can assist you directly and help make sure everything is clear moving forward. Thanks, Team PackDraw

Hi Tanner, thanks for leaving your review! We strongly disagree with that characterization. PackDraw is not a scam, and users are not “guaranteed” to lose. Pack costs, item pools, and volatility are shown up front so users can choose the kind of experience they want, whether that is a safer pack style or something higher volatility with bigger upside. And on your point about streamers, that is simply not accurate. PackDraw is bigger than it has ever been, both in users and partnerships, with over 300 partners across the world in a wide range of categories. We are continuing to grow because our goal is simple: offer a fun, safe, and straightforward gamified shopping experience that users can trust. If you share your PackDraw username, our team can assist you directly and answer any questions you may have. Thanks, Team PackDraw

Hi Fanta Forces, thanks for leaving your review! Thank you for acknowledging one of the things we are most proud of, which is our super fast cashout process. We also appreciate the honest feedback. You are right that volatility matters, and that is exactly why we give users different types of experiences to choose from. Some packs are built to be safer and more consistent, some sit in the middle, and some are much higher volatility with a smaller chance at bigger hits. The goal is to let users pick the style that fits them best, with the pack details, odds, and item pools shown up front before opening. For anyone who wants even more control, community packs can also be built around the exact kind of experience they prefer. We appreciate the fair review and your time on PackDraw. Thanks, Team PackDraw

Hi Harry, thanks for leaving your review! We’re sorry this process felt frustrating. PackDraw does clearly show which action is being taken at each step, and selling an item back to your balance is separate from using the Withdraw option. In your cart, there is a dedicated Withdraw button that walks you through the process of sending funds to the wallet and crypto of your choice. We understand mistakes can happen, and we want to make sure we do everything we can to help set things right and ensure you have a good experience on PackDraw.
