Genuinely one of the worst sites I've ever used before anyone comes at me and tells me about 'gambling is lucked base' I completely agree but it also comes down to the house edge, with pack draw 99% of the time. It's not even a joke, what maybe 1-5% of the time u make profit and then 99% of the time it will all go back down to 0. This site is genuinely not worth it. The support team are also very terrible, a member called 'Obi' would NOT send me anywhere I can write this review because he wants to keep on making money working for this rigged scammy website. It took me 30 minutes of persuading to still get turned down. I finally found this site and hope its enough to warn people not to use this site. Please save your money, as I wish I did. Trust me If I had the chance to never touch this site in my life and even get 20% of the money I've lost back... Trust me I'd take that offer instantly. Gambling is one of the worst thing's I've gotten addicted to in my life, It used to be 'please just some profit and I am chilling to 'Please just let me get atleast 10% of the money I lost back. I wish I could tell present me to not touch gambling. It ruins lifes 99% of the time. Please save your money and use this message as a sign to quit.

Hey Packdraw team , Its a worst experience as a player to find that the account i used is terminated where i played continously for months . Opened my account and found that its terminated for posting a review against packdraw sponsoring streamer who didn't paid the leaderboard prize and for no bonus after depositing more then 4 grand and losing money . Any site would have find a better way to fix this not just banning account . Got warned for the review and then they banned you for lifetime not some months. if anyone sees this from Packdraw please the account meant so much to me because of wins and some hunt for packs . Thanks waiting for the better results on this one because playing for months and getting banned for lifetime is worst form of solving a issue.

Hi Arsalan, thanks for leaving your review! We understand why this would be upsetting, especially after the time you spent on PackDraw. Accounts are not permanently restricted simply because a user leaves a Trustpilot review or shares a complaint. Those decisions are based on account specific conduct and our internal policies, and we cannot go into those details publicly here. On the streamer side, PackDraw also cannot honor leaderboard prizes, bonuses, or other promises that were not officially authorized through us. If a partner made claims outside of what was approved, that would not be considered an official PackDraw offer. Please contact our support team and refer to this review, or share your PackDraw username here, and we can take another look at the situation with you directly and see what can be done. Thanks, Team PackDraw
