I originally bought my boxes through packaging bee for my custom products as I believed that they were US based and I was going to get higher quality products. I then ended up findout out that they are a MIDDLE MAN who literally have Chinese companies who LITERALLY DO THE DESIGNS AND ALL THE WORK and Packaging Bee is simply marking them up. I did a reverse imaged search for my box that was literally custom designed and ran across a seller on alibaba who had my boxes. I didn't say that i was affilated with the Company.They had all of the exact specifications and even knew how i had had the boxes shipped, and i was chatting with the person who had actually designed my box. I understand marking up products but literally Packaging Bee is doing none of the work and charging $30 for an item that costs less than $8 shipped.

At first it was all quite friendly and helpful, but once I had asked for a quote I was bombarded by emails about the potential order. When we decided to go with another company quote which was a bit cheaper, I got a reply 'thanks for wasting my time' which didn't sit well at all in terms of customer service.
