they said they would be on time for our project and instead delivered 10 days late when the products were completely useless. they kept saying they could hit deadline until the day before when they sent the shipping link

Really uncomfortable experience with Marcel and his team. They are not keeping their word, breaking deadlines, and have delivered a faulty product and refuse to fix it. I would think twice before ordering from this company, they are a fraud, and we are filling legal action now.

This whole process was a scam. I was under the impression I was receiving tissue papers and I received a comedic amount of wax paper instead. When I voiced my frustration I was ignored, and when I attempted to get access to a receipt I was also ignored. They also charged me for customs which was never in our agreement, and will not respond as I try to contact them about it.

If I could give no stars i would. $4390 down and no packaging!!!! Will be taking legal action against owner if money not refunded.

What a scam. Lost 1000 euro. Don’t deal with them. They have a company in Pakistan and turkey. They don’t exist when you complain. I nearly sent them 10,000 euro. And got two samples in the wrong size. And then they disappeared. Unbelievable they are operating in uk and Europe.

SCAM!! DO NOT USE!!

Scam. I paid £150 for samples that were not at all what I ordered and were cheap and nasty. I have not been able to get a refund so will be going through the small claims court. Terrible service. Avoid. I consider this to be a scam.
