After an injury which led to my confinement to home I was looking for a way to provide a "pick-me-up" for my daughter during exams. I searched online and reviewed several companies. Package Penguin offered a wide range of items at a reasonable rate. Many of the other options only had food, or only had stuffed animals, balloons, and flowers. I appreciate that Package Penguin offered such a variety appropriate for a student. I will use the service again!

I recently used Package Penguin to send my nephew a care package while he was in the hospital for an extended amount of time. The customer service representative at PP, called the hospital personally (on Saturday) to see if my nephew had received his package. When they told him it would be received on Monday he followed up with the hospital again to make sure my nephew received his goodies. The PP representative then called me to relay that it had been received. In this day and age, anytime you call a company you are often met with an automated message or someone who is less than helpful. Package Penguin went above and beyond during an incredibly stressful time for my family and that really left an impression with me. I would definitely recommend PP to anyone who is considering purchasing a package from them!

I ordered a care package for my daughter who is at college. She loved the care package and said it was a nice treat to get while studying for finals. My package was delayed because her school's mailroom wasn't open over the weekend but Package Penguin was amazing to work with and very prompt about letting me know why the package was delayed. I picked this company b/c I could pick all my daughter's favorite items and not have to pay for items she didn't care for and might end up in the trash. I will use them again!!

My husband LOVED it. As soon as he got the chance to message me, That's all he was talking about. He said he had been snacking all day! Lol
