The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have watered my plants when I am on vacation. The Internet is slow at times. The $95/mo rental fee for furniture should stop after you paid for the furniture. I more than paid for the cost of the furniture in the three years and seven months that I have been paying rent.

Slow internet is not good, so please let our staff know if this problem persists so we can escalate the isssue with our IT Department. Furniture costs are normally part of the monthly bundled service package and the furniture rent wouldn't be deducted since it's part of the bundled plan which usually includes inherent discounts. However, depending on how your services are structured, you should bring this up to your onsite community manager if you have additional questions. We thank you so much for your honest feedback.
