Location and local people great, but...
Location and local personnel are fine. Website has recently, if very much too late, gone from utterly unusable to barely satisfactory. Accompanying that change, however, is its generation of silly and annoying emails; e.g., reminders of a booking sent 5 minutes before it commences, thank-yous, confirmations that you didn't order amenities.

Thanks for the feedback Peter. We recently switched to a new member portal and meeting room booking system that integrates with billing and invoicing. Our hope is that our integrated solution will make things easier and seamless for members, but I can certainly pass along your feedback about too many email reminders to our development team.
