** Friendly and efficient Staff, who know their tenants by name, as well as (often) by their personal "story." ** Effective Conference Room Scheduling system, which I use fairly frequently. ** Other services, including recently helping me with my technology, when I was experiencing trouble with the onsite printer.

The customer service was impeccable. We were able to setup and go about our agenda without any delays, issues or interruptions. The surrounding neighbors were pretty quiet as well and any special requests I needed or questions were immediately addressed by the woman at the front desk.

Nice space, Jonathan the onsite manager was also great. Friendly, informative, and helpful.
