Customer service beautiful offices enough space to get work done convenient location

The staff is really friendly and attentive to all sorts of needs. On the other hand, internet stability could use some improvement, as communication can often become quite unstable during online meetings.

Great service, nice space, but the downside is that there were no take-out cups for so that I could hydrate after I left the office.

The team has been very welcoming and supportive as I have started working at the site in Reno. The location and amenities are more than what I expected! I love the low introductory rate! What I miss about my old co-working space is a sense of community that came from working in a more open workspace.

It's the people who make this a great place to work. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when I need assistance. The location is phenomenal. The office itself is clean including all of the shared spaces. The office equipment is always working. The environment is safe, calm and quiet, just what we're looking for. One negative I would give it is lack of parking in the parking garage. There is a waitlist and not many spots available to our floor.

I enjoyed the space of the office. There were two tables; one large and a smaller round table. They have nice decoration. There’s a door to the office but other conversations can be heard. I would use this location again.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We couldn’t figure out how to connect to the tv though.
