PacificspinsReviews of pacificspins.com

Definitely a SCAM. I received an email about signing up with a free chip. I started playing and hit for almost $8000! I knew there would be a max cash out and a playthrough, so I chatted in to find out. The playthrough was around $3600 with max cash out of $50. Which sucked but I knew what I signed up for so I wasn't upset. When I made it through the playthrough all of the funds were removed. I chatted in and they said I experienced coupon reversal or something, that the funds were changed to $50 and without knowing it I played through my winnings. They said it in a way like I was a victim of it, they know it is shady and still do it anyway. If you're going to put your money in a casino use one that doesn't promote lies to get business. I highly recommend ignitioncasino.eu slots.lv bovada.lv and if you prefer the slots on this casino try limitlesscasino.com or yabbycasino.com. A casino trying to earn business should really try to be more honest. I would never risk my money with a site like this. The sites mentioned above especially the first 3 never give me issues with withdrawl rather it was won with deposit or bonus

If I could give it a 0 I would. I zero'd both playthrough and Bonus Balance and was left with Real Balance of $143.03 but when I tried to withdraw I was denied twice. Their reason? I need to leave the Bonus balance of $171 in my Real Balance and anything over I could withdraw. Needless to say trying to get that $27 plus an additional $50 because of Minimum Withdraw Limit never happened and I lost all of what I had. They are fraudulent and Scammers.

Trying to get verified?!?! Good luck. PacificSpins is a joke. They actually advertise as having “instant cash out” which is a blatant lie if you aren’t verified yet. I submitted verification paperwork on 11/10/23 and as of today (12/07/23) still no verification. I’ve emailed everyone I can think of and all I get back is generic response emails that are a script. I think they probably have one guy who actually handles customer service and the rest is bots. I’ll post an update if I ever get verified . Very terrible experience! Update: I did finally get verified a few days later…. Only for them to demand a “verification deposit”. Im sure that somewhere in the fine print it probably told me I was going to need to do this, however I found it very disheartening. I went through WEEKS of emailing and following up to just need to put more money and time in to them. No such thing as a free lunch I suppose.

They keep give me the runaround on verify my account. It's been thirteen total days nine of which were business days and i'm still not verified. I finally just gotta a response from customer service. After sending about 15 emails on what the statuses of my verification. And they sent me the same generic response that they always send saying it'll take a few days. After 15 emails, they finally reply to say that generic response so far. I would give this casino zero stars because the verification processes taking so long. I will update this review if they get my account verified at some point Customer service has been really bad so far with not responding to emails. I would definitely play on extreme, Brang, limitless, or yabby if I were you as opposed to this one. They all had my account verified with in twenty four hours. My user name is Jeanleight87 UPDATE: The banking department finally got back to me almost an entire month later only to deny my verification because they are saying my selfie isn't a clear enough picture even though casino Brango, Extreme, Limitless, Slotland, Windaday, Bonus Blitz, and Cherry Jackpot ALL APPROVED ME WITHIN DAYS WITH THE EXACT SAME PICTURE! How can all of those LEGITIMATE casinos be wrong and this scam of a casino be right. Give me a break! They will do whatever they can to not verify your account! I WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DEPOSITING HERE. If you're thinking about depositing here just go ahead and flush your money down the toilet cause you'll be doing the same thing!!!

Well you can start with not discriminating against credit card users and trying to force them into this satanic money that is starting to take the place of it it is wrong I will never ever ever use it a lot of people won't and for this reason I will not play your games and I know a lot of other people that feel the same way there's no reason to discriminate against us that's almost like being a racist and that's not very popular nowadays but I'm sure you don't care

My first withdrawal went through without a hitch. My loyalty now lies with these guy’s

I am impressed with the amount of times I’ve logged on and had free spins in my account. Fair and dependable casino. Most issues come when people don’t understand the terms and conditions. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences so far with them!

My experience with this casino has been a positive one to date. I've read some of the reviews here about how their interactions were just terrible, and honestly I'm trying to reconcile what they're saying with what I observed and I don't understand it. My husband and I both play here, and the verification was completed in 3 days. I have not made a withdrawal yet but my spouse has and it was smooth and fast and was completed from start to finish in about 15 minutes. I find this Casino to be professional, honest and( for me anyway), lucky and would definitely recommend giving it a try.
