I'm not sure that I ordered well. I slept on a Pacific Coast Feather Home pillow when I was on vacation in Phoenix. I have been having a problem with a sore trapezius muscle and it got better when I was there. I couldn't get a description of the pillow from the owners so I used my best guess but it wasn't anything like the one I slept on, which was smaller in size and not so heavy (I am a small person). I haven't used it although I tumbled it in the dryer once to try to soften it. I would like to return it.

The king sized duvet is narrower than standard king-sized duvet covers. Making this look cheap, misshapen, and insignificant.

I found this company by tracking down a product code on a hotel pillow I liked. Bought a pair of pillows to try out. They haven't even arrived yet and I've received 5 marketing emails begging me to buy the things I added to my cart "before they sell out". Their regular prices are marked up and perpetually on sale - their pillows are never going out of stock. Don't let them create a panic, there's no urgency to buy!

I placed an order on 11/20/2023. It never arrived. I contacted the company twice via email. No response. Today, 12/7/2023, I waited for a representative. The message said the estimated shipping time is 3-5 days! I Had looked forward to these pillows. The kind representative was understanding. I cancelled my order as the company was still working on it or locating it. What a shame. I had hoped to have lovely pillows. This is horrible service. But, the representative was lovely!

Pacific Coast Feather offers the best value in terms of price and quality. The customer service is outstanding--professional, friendly, responsive. I highly recommend them.
