Recently bought a Rolex GMT Root Beer from Peter. I had been looking everywhere for one with little to no luck. I ran across Pacific Bay Watch and liked what I had read about them and starting emailing with Peter about what I was after. Within just a few days he was able to locate just the watch I wanted. I traded in my Rolex Sub and he gave me a super fair price for it, I think above what others will willing to offer based on the quotes I had on it. Once the watch arrived in LA, he and I met in person, did the transaction and went very smooth. Great guy, responsive, would go back to him again for any other watch needs.

(8.16.15) I wanted to share my experience while working with Pacific Bay Watch Co. I worked directly with Peter during my watch search for a period of 2 weeks. After finding one watch and coming to an agreement on price and trade. I was about to close the deal by completing the bank wire the next day when I went browsing (again on their site) the night before and found another watch that I wanted more. I emailed Peter immediately and made an offer for this second watch vs the first one. He graciously accepted my offer for the second watch. Throughout the 2 week period Peter was kind, patience and understanding. He was quick to reply to my emails with questions and concerns and in the end put me at ease with doing business with him and his company. I'm very glad he and I completed the transaction, since now I've got the exact watch I wanted (and searched) for over a month. I had an excellent experience with Peter and Pacific Bay and couldn't recommend him more. Irina and her team are extremely friendly, responsive and hard working. I'd been looking for a particular watch for some time, and struggled finding a new one on my own. As soon as I contacted Pacific Bay, they began looking for the watch and remained in constant contact by providing me with updates on their search. It didn't take long before they found one, and negotiated on my behalf for a price lower than what the seller had listed on multiple websites. I was wary of the seller because of some of their reviews, but Irina and Pacific Bay reassured me by providing their own warranty and even tested the watch themselves before sending it on to me.
