Purchased from Romania, at great discount, Send Brand New Watch in august, that came from an authorized distributor to his sister in Las Vegas. customer didn't received the watch till middle of October. Never advised us and not sure where the watch was all that time. if there where a problem and we would know about it we would exchanged or refund fully. Pacific Bay Watch, Inc
