I have been trying to reach the staffs…
I have been trying to reach the staffs but no body answer me.I have bought a watch 2 month ago but I am still waiting to get my watch. please give me tracking number of shipment or get my money back ASAP.

You did not buy 2 watches from us, you give us 2 offers on different watches with much lower price that we advertised and we declined your offers. Never we had a sale with you or accepted any payments for watches.

I have been trying to reach the staff for over 3 weeks! no one is getting back to me. I need my order which I paid for about 3 months ago!!! Please get back to me ASAP!!!!

We been in contact with you from the beginning of the order. You been notify from the begging that your ordered item is back ordered 10-12 weeks. We are in contact with you now and working on the delivery of the item. Ordered delivered February 10th, 2020 just as promised

cancelled with no reason, lies
Order a IWC portofino IW356502 watch, which is listed as $3600. The next day my order got canceled right away with "unforseen circumstances". I check it again, it is listed as $4150. If you can not keep a listed price right, there will be some trust issue. They respond the review saying the watch is sold long ago. However, I proceed to pay for the watch fine and even got the confirmation. I have the confirmation email, however, I can not post picture here. It is your loss that the transaction failed. I will just buy the watch from another company. In this situation, we both did not lose anything. It is ok to just admit there is a mistake. But stop covering up with lies.

We sorry to hear about your inconvenience. this watch is Discontinued model and we never process your order. Opposite we try to accommodate and locate you this watch, but it is no longer available. As we strive of 100% satisfaction from our customers, its impossible to have all the watches in the world. We constantly update our site to have more of the new models and we never process any order unless we have it in stock. Your card was never charged and we canceled your inquiry as soon as we knew this is no longer available.

I tried to secure another purchase from them but they kept cancelling my offer without giving me their counter-offer

You purchased a Ball Watch from at superb discount and its been delivered to you with 4 days. after that transaction you were giving us a low offers on several watches and every time we reject your offer we stated the reason: This order has been canceled. Reason: Proposed price unacceptable. Kind of unfair to leave 1-Star review, because we can not sell our watch at the price you make up. Our watches already discounted significantly and we always open to REASONABLE offers.

We had a terrible experience with this company!!!!
First of all, we purchased a watch for $7000.00 and received an empty box. Then when we called them, they said "just send us the box and we will claim the insurance". Very dishonest rude, deceitful customer service.

This Customer is leaving this review in retaliation to our potential Credit Card Fraud order. Customer placed an order, claimed that she received and empty box and reversed credit card charges on us right a way. Which would be ok but she refused to cooperate with our insurance company for the investigation. We had to hire and attorney to get the police report and notarized statement from her. Customer harassed our business for 3 weeks until our attorney got all the documents from her. Customer received a full refund right away. We were reimbursed by our insurance company and I believe now she is retaliating with the negative feedback to put more aggravation and damaged to our company. I can provide a letter from our attorney to confirm the above. We request that this review would not be allowed to post under our account and be removed.
